Can Customer Pickup item? No, we currently do not offer customer pickup.

How much do you charge for DITP (Delivery, installation, teardown, and pickup)? There’s not a one size fits all DITP fee. These fees are specific to your needs and circumstances, such as delivery location, order size, complexity of installation, ease of access to your venue, etc. Please submit a quote request to get pricing specific to your event.
Do you deliver to my area? We service most of DFW, including Dallas, Collin, Grayson, and Tarrant counties. Oklahoma events – We do offer DITP to some southern Oklahoma cities. Please contact us to confirm if we service your area.
